How do I book a tutoring session?
To book a session, please contact us through the Contact Us page. We’ll discuss your child’s needs, match you with the right tutor, and schedule your sessions.
Where does tutoring take place?
Tutoring can take place at the student’s home, a local library, or a community center—whichever location works best for your family.
What subjects and grade levels do you tutor?
We provide tutoring for students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12, as well as select college and university courses. Subjects include Math, English, Sciences, Social Studies, French, and more. We also offer ESL (English as a Second Language) tutoring.
How much does tutoring cost?
- $45 per hour + HST for one-on-one tutoring
- $70 per hour + HST for shared sessions with a friend or classmate
Do you offer an academic assessment before tutoring begins?
Yes! We offer an optional one-hour Academic Assessment for $49.99 + HST. This assessment, completed by a qualified Educational Support Consultant, helps us understand your child’s individual learning needs, strengths, and areas of challenge. While it is not required, we highly recommend it, as it provides valuable information that is shared with the tutor before sessions begin—ensuring a more personalized and effective tutoring experience.
When is payment due?
Payments are due on the last day of the month for the upcoming month of tutoring.
What if my child is sick or can’t attend a session?
If a student is unable to attend a session due to illness, that session will be carried over to the following month.
Are your tutors qualified?
Yes! All our tutors are background-checked and have at least one year of tutoring experience. We are committed to providing safe, effective, and supportive learning environments for every student.
Do you offer online tutoring?
Currently, we focus on in-person tutoring in homes, libraries, and community centers.
